This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how MineLedger LLC, a California limited liability company ("MineLedger," "RelievAI," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, processes, stores, shares, and protects information when you access or use the RelievAI mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Services").

What we use AI for. RelievAI uses AI for the AI Coach, AI summaries of your analytics, and daily motivational quotes. These features are powered by a third-party AI provider, OpenAI (e.g. ChatGPT API).
What data we send. When you use these features, we send only the data needed to generate your content: recovery progress (e.g. check-ins, streaks, relapses, urges), the type of addiction you are tracking, and aggregated stats (e.g. money or time saved). We do not send your name, email, or other account identifiers to the AI provider except as needed for the request.
How it is sent and used. Data is sent from our servers to the AI provider over secure connections. We do not use this data to train AI models. Our AI provider (OpenAI) does not use API data to train its models. For more information, see OpenAI's Privacy Policy and API Data Usage Policies.
Your control. You can turn AI-powered insights on or off at any time in the app under Profile → Privacy Settings → AI-powered insights. If you turn it off, we do not send your data to the AI provider for those features.
Standards. We only use providers that protect data in line with industry standards; their practices are described in the linked privacy policy above.
